Internal Media Bylaw of Iran Paad — Cultural-Political Organization
Article 1 – Purpose
This Bylaw has been drafted with the aim of organizing the media policies and structures, directing public communications, managing the organization's presence in cyberspace, and safeguarding the credibility and official message of Iran Paad.
Article 2 – Official Channels of Communication
1. Official messages, statements, news, and positions of the organization may be published only through its official media channels.
2. The official media channels include:
- The organization's official website
- Verified social media accounts (Telegram, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and others)
- Official publications and bulletins
- The organization's official email
- Official statements issued by the Secretary-General or the Central Council
Article 3 – Media Structure of the Organization
a) Media Committee
1. The Media Committee is the organization's strategic and supervisory media body, operating under the direct authority of the Secretary-General.
2. The duties of this Committee are as follows:
- Formulating the organization's communication and language policy
- Determining the official policies for information dissemination and messaging
- Analyzing the media landscape and shaping the organization's responses to current issues
- Giving final approval to official content produced
- Overseeing compliance with the organization's foundational principles in published messages
- Providing strategic support to the Public Relations and Media Production Group
b) Public Relations and Media Production Group
1. This group is the organization's executive media body and operates under the authority of the Media Committee.
2. Its members include specialists in graphic design, editing, social media management, content production, execution of virtual programs, and public relations.
3. The duties of this group are as follows:
- Producing and designing visual, written, and video content
- Executing the organization's media campaigns at both the domestic and international levels
- Providing public responses to the media, audiences, and inquiries arising in cyberspace
- Managing the technical security of the organization's social media accounts
- Continuously monitoring social media and the media environment in order to identify negative smear campaigns, destructive operations, disinformation, and propaganda attacks against the organization
- Preparing analytical reports on the state of the media landscape and public feedback
- Coordinating fully with the Media Committee for the final publication of content
Article 4 – Responsibilities and Violations
1. Unauthorized use of the organization's name, emblem, or standing in cyberspace is prohibited.
2. Publishing content contrary to the foundational principles or outside the framework of official policy constitutes a violation and is subject to disciplinary action.
3. In the event of a media-related violation, a report shall be submitted to the Arbitration Committee.
