Code of Professional Conduct and Organizational Ethics of the Members of Iran Paad — Cultural-Political Organization

We, the members of Iran Paad — Cultural-Political Organization, in defense of the ideals of freedom, national sovereignty, the territorial integrity of Iran, and the revival of Iranian identity, consider ourselves committed to the following principles, and we affirm our adherence to this code of ethics as part of our national and organizational honor and duty:

1. Firm belief in the foundational principles, overarching goals, and cultural-political values of Iran Paad, and continuous effort toward their realization.

2. Strict observance of the Charter, bylaws, and official decisions of the Organization's bodies, and the promotion of a culture of accountability, rule of law, and answerability at all levels.

3. Constructive cooperation, active participation, respect for internal order and discipline, and strengthening organizational cohesion in pursuit of the Organization's mission.

4. Firm avoidance of any form of discrimination, rumor-mongering, slander, backbiting, destructive conduct, or the use of offensive language in the Organization's physical or virtual environments.

5. Fostering a culture of appreciation, mutual respect, and responsible conduct toward other members of the Organization, regardless of their position, age, sex, or responsibilities.

6. Precise and competent performance of assigned duties, observing professional conscience, accountability, and transparency in internal interactions.

7. Respecting the privacy of members and safeguarding internal organizational secrets, both during and after membership.

8. Prioritizing national and organizational interests over personal and self-serving desires in all actions and decisions.

9. Working to establish and strengthen meritocracy by identifying and promoting individuals who are skilled, committed, and experienced.

10. Commitment to identifying threats, weaknesses, and potential harm to the Organization's structure or credibility, and working to prevent or mitigate them.

11. Identifying violations or unlawful conduct and responsibly reporting them through official mechanisms to the Organization's Arbitration Committee.

12. Observing accuracy, honesty, and promptness in providing reports, analyses, and information to the relevant internal authorities.

13. Utilizing modern planning methods, data analysis, and current technologies in carrying out duties related to the Organization's mission.

14. Keeping personal knowledge and skills up to date through participation in training courses, continuous study, and drawing on practical experience.

15. Developing individual capabilities in specialized, media, cultural, and organizational fields in line with the Organization's growing needs.

16. Adhering to the principle of hierarchy, observing administrative courtesy, and striving for organizational cohesion in all working relationships and official communications.

17. Adherence to Iranian national identity, defense of the interests of the Iranian nation, and commitment to the fourfold principles of “Land, Blood, Continuity, and Global Responsibility,” which form the foundation of national sovereignty in Iran Paad's thought.
