Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi's Convention of National Cooperation to Save Iran brought together forces from across the Iranian opposition committed to the country's territorial integrity, individual freedoms and the equality of all citizens, and the separation of religion from the state.
The convention served as a platform for expanding coordination among Iranians who share these founding principles and who respect the right of the Iranian people to choose the form of their future democracy, as part of the broader effort to present a credible roadmap for a democratic transition and the reconstruction of the country.
